BOE Commercial Roofing Foreman Summary: You will lead our roofing crews, overseeing the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring top craftsmanship.Responsibilities: Remove and install various roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles). Perform roof maintenance and repairs. Follow job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interactions with customers. Manage roofing crew, complete paperwork, attend meetings, and assist in training.Track inventory and file daily reports. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews. Experience with various commercial roofing systems is preferred. Valid driver's license. Initiative, integrity, and adaptability. Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work at heights.Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Work in different weather conditions. Pass pre-employment screening. Working Conditions: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature. Extensive standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
