Utilize evidence-based best practices to effectively manage treatments and medications, all while conducting comprehensive assessments and triage.Diagnose illnesses and craft detailed treatment plans Actively engage in patient education and support Ensure proper triage and patient care Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals Provide patient education and promote health and prevention Participate in research, quality improvement, and professional developmentServe as a leader and mentor to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment Skills and Experience Registered Nurse Practitioner with current APC in New Zealand Proficient clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for patient care.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices If you are passionate about primary healthcare, and making a difference in your local community, this is the role for you.
