You will provide excellent customer service communicating effectively with team members within the Customer Service Department, the broader organisation and our valued customers.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Responsibilities Proactively handle and resolve internal and external customer enquiries and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance our customer needs in the most efficient turnaround times possibleManage customer complaints to resolution, following set procedures Make contact with healthcare professionals to promote Medsurge healthcare products and services Maintain Salesforce Database with customer information Meet the performance goals established for the position in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfactionMust haves Prior experience in a sales or a customer service role, essential Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise Possess drive, initiative, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAttention to detail, thoroughness and excellent time management Unwavering patience and empathy for helping solve customer issues Deliver on promises– build trust, respect and rapport Nice to haves Pharmaceutical product knowledge Healthcare or medical industry experience High performing businessOpportunity for career progression– business rapidly growing Mulgrave location with onsite parking The Question?
