We are seeking a passionate RN to provide first class care services to our residents at Crestwood Village in New Lynn, West AucklandHours - This is a 40 hour a week role-Wednesday to Sunday - PM shifts. Weekend Allowance applies We offer top hourly rates and allowances as well as an amazing team to work in! Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care. Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skillsWork collaboratively with other team members Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families. Provide compassionate and high-level care. About you You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person. You also have:Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate Strong nursing experience, aged care - even better! Up to date knowledge of wound care management Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
