Your primary focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of staff and customers. Key Responsibilities: Monitor security cameras Maintain a visible presence on the shop floorInteract with customers and address their concerns Upload events onto our crime reporting platform Shift 01 Friday and Saturday, 4pm - 10:30pm Shift 02 Sunday, 2pm - 10:30pm Monday, 4pm - 10:30pm Shift 03 Tuesday, 4pm - 10:30pm Thursday, 4pm - 10:30pm Saturday, 8am - 4:30pm Qualifications He kōrero mōu ake - About youExperience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, is beneficial but not required. Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential. Comfort with standing for extended periods is also important.
