Reporting to two of their Company Directors, this blended role includes the functions of design, branding, and marketing strategy across a number of business functions.They are a hands-on company with a steely focus on excellence, not only in the physical outcomes of their properties but also in how they present their company to the world. As such, this essential role will help them continue to drive their reputation as professional and world-class developers into the future.This role is full-time, Monday-Friday, based in Central Auckland. The team is fabulous, they have an excellent culture, and staff retention is high. Job responsibilities include: Managing project timelines and liaising with external suppliers. You will have: A Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.A minimum of 3+ years of commercial experience, ideally within real estate, architecture, or property development industries. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Experience with social media, website management, and digital marketing. The agility to support a proactive and fast-paced small team in different areas of the business as required.Experience with SketchUp, Wix, Canva, and Mailchimp are bonuses, but training will be provided if needed. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
