As an Integration Tech Lead within our Customer Domain Services Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our integration stack — designing scalable, high-performing microservices, mentoring a talented team of engineers, and setting new standards for engineering excellence. You’ll work with modern tools and practices, bring big ideas tolife – and help drive real impact across the business.Responsibilities Lead the design and development of robust, scalable microservices that deliver outstanding customer experiences. Lead and manage a skilled team of Software Engineers, supporting their growth, performance and other day to day line management activities. Define and evolve our integration technology roadmap, staying aligned with industry best practices and innovation.Turn high-level concepts into smart, sustainable solutions with a focus on quality, scalability, and speed. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, with strong engineering practices like monitoring, automated testing, and resilience baked into everything we build. Whether you’re deep in code, coaching your team, or solving a tough integration challenge, you bring energy, curiosity, and a drive to deliver your best every day.You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have A tertiary degree in Technology and experience across integration, microservices, and cloud-native environments. Strong coding skills with Java microservices (Spring Boot, Node.js/Koa), and a good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML. A passionfor automation, BDD/TDD practices, and building robust CI/CD pipelines.Leadership experience— mentoring, guiding, and developing a team of Senior Software Engineers, conducting reviews. Experience with tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring platforms like Grafana, Splunk, or New Relic.
