We provide a nurturing, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment for 365+ neurodiverse learners aged 5–21 across our Panmure base, satellite classrooms, and community transition programme for young adults aged 18–21.We’re on the lookout for a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative speech language therapist to join our team. You’ll play a key role in helping our learners develop essential communication skills – supporting their confidence, connection, and success both at school and beyond. What you'll do:Carry out assessments and develop tailored speech, language, and communication plans Provide direct intervention to learners with a range of needs and profiles Work alongside teachers, support staff, and whānau to embed communication strategies Build strong relationships across our school and community-based settingsContribute your expertise within a highly collaborative, values-driven team Enjoy flexible holiday work options and genuine work-life balance. What you’ll bring: A recognised qualification in Speech Language Therapy NZSTA membership (or eligibility to register) A full NZ driver’s licence and access to a car (with reimbursed mileage)Cultural responsiveness, curiosity, and kindness Experience with AAC or dysphagia is a bonus, but not a must.
