As the last point of contact, you'll assist customers at our self-checkouts, providing speedy service and helping them pack their bags. You should have patience and resilience to handle challenging situations, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. As a mobileteam member, you'll be quick on your feet, guiding customers to available checkouts and responding efficiently to their needs.You will also support our loss prevention team by raising concerns and ensuring the area is always customer-ready, with stocked bags and tidy spaces. Saturday 4pm to 9:30pm He kōrero mōu ake - About you Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, is beneficial but not essential. Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are required.
