Applicants should have a relevant professional background and should state their strengths in the implementation of Te Whāriki. Current teacher registration with the New Zealand Teaching Council is a requirement,t as the successful applicants will be expected to visit and assess students on practicum.This is a one-year fixed-term position. Applicants willhold at least a Master's degree, and preferably a Doctoral degree. Engage meaningfully with industry, government, community, or professional bodies in ways that create a measurable impact for external stakeholders, students, or academic colleagues, in line with Faculty objectives.Provide Academic Service Participate in relevant committees to support the development and implementation of departmental and institutional goals. Commit to Ongoing Professional Development Pursue continuous development in teaching, professional practice, and academic leadership.
