We are looking to add to our family. Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our commercial sales in kitchen and laundry appliances. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential to support our strong Chinese customer portfolio. This role involves collaborating closely with the National Commercial Sales Manager to secure appliance business through Key Projects, Group Home Builders, and national kitchen manufacturers.Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and offer tailored appliance solutions. Build strong relationships with commercial customers and expand existing accounts. Work with the National Commercial Sales Manager to meet sales and profitability targets. Manage call cycles, budgets, and forecasts across assigned regions.Support in-store events and collaborate with our Retail Sales team. What We’re Looking For: Fluent in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese (essential). Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and communication. Experience in the appliance industry (preferred). Financial acumen, organized, customer-focused, solutions-oriented.Why Join Us?
