Motorhome Service Technician, Auckland

At RV Repairs Ltd we repair most things on any make or model of motorhome or caravan. We have an amazing team of skilled and talented maintenance technicians who lead the way in motorhome and caravan repairs. This role is rare, as it offers a large array of different skills, combined within one job.Such as repairs&installs of fridges, toilets, TV / Satellites, 12v electrical&solar, plumbing, roof vents, plumbing, body work, fiber glassing, cabinetry and more… We are looking for someone who has a proven NATURAL APTITUDE and TALENT, who enjoys working with their hands. Strong PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS, ACCOUNTABILITY for this role is a must as these tasks are often bespoke, so you will need be solutions based and think out of the box, as often there isno off the shelf solutions.We require a person who engages in EARNEST&ENERGETIC work, uses their initiative and shows a willingness to get things done. Motivation and a deep desire to perform all your work to the best of your ability and to perform the work to our high standards at all times. Demonstrating CONSCIENTIOUS and ability to WORK WITH PURPOSE balanced with SPEED is imperative.Someone who has a positive attitude and enjoys being part a small team, with a good sense of humour. Day to day, role will include a wide variety of work, just to name only a few tasks:All aspects of motorhome and caravan repairs, installations, and maintenance, with on-the-job training given. Panel&fiberglass repairs General cabinetry&carpentry Installation and repair of roof vents, awnings and more. General RV repairs and installs as and when required Windows As the successful candidate you will have… Excellent fault finding&problem-solving abilities.
