The Role Our Third Party Reproduction (TPR) team is a special group of people who assist patients requiring extra help to bring their dreams of a child closer to reality via donor sperm, donor egg, or surrogate.We are looking for a fixed-term (6 months) TPR Administrator to allow our permanent team to focus on implementing a new customer relationship management system. This role will keep the wheels moving during this period of implementation. Based in our group support office in Remuera, this role is 34 hours per week , Monday to Friday, with some flexibility in the days of work and start/end times.Key responsibilities Maintains donor records and documents Responds to donor inquiries and provides information; often the first point of contact Schedules and adjusts patient appointments Builds positive professional relationships with all stakeholders Maintains patient privacy to the highest standards at all timesIdeal candidate, skills, and experience Previous experience working in an office environment Proficient in MS Office Suite Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail Interest and ability to learn new software platforms Ability to work effectively independently, while supporting team successPersonable, empathetic, positive, and capable of building professional relationships If you’d like to influence the patient experience, where people often become parents, please get in touch.
