Our Business Customer Experience (BCE) provides coaching support, tools and processes that empowers our bankers to achieve good customer outcomes in every interaction.As a BCE Design and Facilitation Manager, you will have a passion for building capability through designing frameworks, facilitating workshops, creating tools, and contributing to embedding strategies across Business Banking. You will identify gaps in capability and build tools and processes to lift the clarity and capability of our Business Banking teams. You will also play a key role in embedding an environment of continuous improvement through effective and ongoing education that results in positive changes and engagement.This is a Fixed Term opportunity for 12-14 months. You will have strong credit and lending experience, and you will be able to demonstrate how sound credit skills contribute to good customer outcomes for ASB customers.Proven presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills are vital in this role. You'll possess the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the business including Senior Leadership, and foster key stakeholder relationships. This may suit someone who has previously worked in or with frontline teams in a change/training capacity, as experience in sales methodology will be beneficial.
