Job Opportunity: Process Operator at Hellers Limited Location: Wiri Shift: Morning Shift starting at 6.00am, Monday to Friday Note: Reliable transport is essential as public transport is unavailable during working hours. Hellers Limited is a leading manufacturer and supplier of bacon, ham, and smallgoods throughout New Zealand. Our award-winning brands enjoy significant customer and consumer recognition.We are seeking passionate and hardworking process operators to join our factory team. Candidates should have experience in food manufacturing and a working knowledge of HACCP food safety principles. Requirements: Must be physically fit and able to handle manual tasks for extended periods, including standing and lifting heavy objects using proper techniques.Ability to work at speed with good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Attention to detail to ensure product quality meets standards. Adherence to food safety protocols from handling products to cleaning equipment and work areas. Ability to work in a cold environment on the production floor.Currently working a minimum of 9-hour shifts with overtime paid after 45 hours. Additional Information: Candidates must be flexible to work shifts and may be required to work overtime during busy seasons. Pre-employment drug testing is mandatory as part of our safety policies.
