District Nurse, West Auckland

Part time position (0.8 FTE, 64 hours per fortnight) Permanent Waitemata District Nursing Service is in an exciting period of growth and we are seeking exceptional registered nurses to join our team. Our District Nursing Service is a specialised community nursing service that provides nursing assessment and care to patients in their homes and in clinics across North Shore, West Auckland, Hibiscus Coast and Warkworth.Key requirements for this role: Experience in district nursing or another relevant area Advanced skills in nursing assessment, wound care and palliative care Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously in the community If successful, you will be joining the service at an exciting time where the focus is on improvement and innovation for the staff and patients.
