Calling all passionate and dedicated individuals! One of our general practices is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join their dynamic team of four. This is a permanent role , offering a salary range of NZD25.00 - NZD28.00 per hour. As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and voice that greets patients, ensuring their experience is seamless and welcoming.Become an integral part of a thriving healthcare team and enjoy a balanced work-life with 40 hours per week, between 7.30am - 6pm. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy. Assist with administrative tasks as required by the medical team. Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area. About You Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar healthcare administrative role Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a busy work environmentConfidence in communicating effectively with patients and colleagues Indici or similar practice management software would be advantageous (training provided if needed) What We Offer: Free annual flu vaccine.
