This involves looking after the Front of House team, building rosters and taking care of ordering. We have several luxurious VIP Gaming suitesthat cater to our Table Games, Gaming Machines and International Business customers so it's a pretty exciting part of the business. We look after a variety of guests from our regular customers to visitors from all over the world! Due to legal requirements, you must be over the age of 20 to be considered for the role.To be successful in this role: You will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar Duty Manager position Have a valid LCQ and General Managers Licence or be able to obtain one once you have commenced work Demonstrate sound supervisory skills as you will be looking after up to 8-10 F&B attendants on shift Knowledge of the bar and cash handling experience is an absolute must The ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be an incredible advantage, but not necessary As a busy, fast paced operation that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, there is a lot of variety across our shift patterns and hours of work can vary, so flexibility will be key.$2.50 meals at our staff restaurant Heavily discounted on-site staff parking Subsidised health insurance Discounts across all our restaurants and hotels Come and find your place at New Zealand's home of entertainment!
