Now, marketing is the next frontier—and we need a proven leader to take the reins.The Opportunity As our CMO, you'll report directly to the CEO and join our executive team. You’ll shape and execute a global marketing strategy that drives user acquisition, restaurant growth, and lifecycle engagement—all while building up the internal marketing team. This is a part-time or fractional role, working 2-3 days per week , and based remotely in New Zealand. You will be covering the New Zealand, Australia and UK timezones.Your responsibilities will include: Designing and leading the global marketing strategy Building a high-performance marketing engine (paid channels, CRO, SEO, lifecycle) Driving customer engagement and retention via tools like Iterable Owning marketing metrics, dashboards, and campaign analysisCollaborating with Product, Sales, and RevOps to align marketing with business outcomes Coaching and developing the Marketing Manager Shaping the future marketing team structure What You'll Bring Experience&Expertise Deep expertise in performance marketing and digital channels in a B2C or B2B2C environment A proven track record in e-commerce or marketplace platforms Strong data fluency and experience setting KPIs and optimising campaigns A hands-on approach with a bias for action and commercial outcomesProven team coaching and senior leadership experience Why First Table?
