As a last point of contact, you'll assist customers at our self checkouts by providing speedy service and helping them pack their bags. You'll need patience and resilience to handle challenging situations, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. As a mobile teammember, you'll be quick on your feet, guiding customers to available checkouts and responding to their needs efficiently.You will also support our loss prevention team by bringing concerns to their attention and ensuring the area is always customer-ready, with stocked bags and tidy spaces. Saturday 4pm to 9:30pm Qualifications He kōrero mōu ake - About youExperience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, is beneficial but not essential. Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential. You should also be comfortable standing for long periods.
