Research Assistant II - Center for Evidence-Based Imaging (CEBI), Department of Radiology, Brigham and Women's Hospital The Research Assistant II in the Center for Evidence-Based Imaging (CEBI) at Brigham and Women's Hospital will collaborate closely with the Director of CEBI on various research activities and assignments.Responsibilities: Coordinate clinical research activities for researchers, clinical faculty, fellows, and multidisciplinary teams. Assist in the design and implementation of improvement interventions. Manage data collection, analysis, presentation, and manuscript preparation. Work with clinical and research databases, public domain knowledge bases, and utilize various software applications.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Director of CEBI on research activities and assignments. Coordinate research activities for researchers and fellows as directed. Support researchers with data collection, analysis, and manuscript development. Build collaborative partnerships with research and operational teams.Manage projects, timelines, and progress tracking. Utilize databases and software tools for research tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 1 year of research experience demonstrating sound judgment and methodological competencies. Skills, Abilities, and Competencies: Experience with developing and maintaining databases; bilingual skills are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook. Ability to learn proprietary and new software tools, including AI and data analytics programs. Well-organized, meticulous, and dedicated to patient care improvement. Respect for patient privacy and discretion. Ability to work independently and interact effectively with clinicians and staff.Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
