Our focus is on Customer Acquisition and Engagement, working with stakeholders to enable new capabilities that help Xero scale and improve the experience for external customers and internal users. We work with systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics, CRM Analytics, and other tools to help Xero achieve its strategic objectives.What you'll do Collaborate with Revenue and Sales Operations teams to understand their strategic objectives, processes, and challenges. Design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions to optimize sales workflows and drive revenue growth. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations and customizations.Identify and resolve functional and technical issues within Salesforce to ensure seamless operations. Stay updated on Salesforce features, updates, and industry best practices, providing recommendations for improvement. Partner with Product Managers and Business Analysts for project delivery and alignment.Work with engineering and product teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and evolve internal tools. Conduct workshops and training to promote Salesforce adoption across teams. Develop Salesforce standards, documentation, and best practices. Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert for stakeholders across Revenue, Marketing, and Sales Operations.What you'll bring with you Extensive experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role, focusing on Salesforce Sales Cloud in large organizations. Proven success in delivering complex Salesforce solutions and managing large-scale projects. Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.Strong problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution within Salesforce. Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, automation, data management, security, and integrations. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications. Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Experience working within agile project frameworks. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant are highly valued. Commitment to continuous learning about Salesforce features and technology trends.#J-18808-Ljbffr
