They deliver practical, innovative, and cost-effective solutions for homeowners, architects, and builders across New Zealand.About The Role You will be a structural engineer with experience working with New Zealand seismic codes, leading the structural design and documentation of residential or commercial buildings, liaising with clients and consultants, and ensuring all designs meet local compliance standards and engineering excellence.Key Responsibilities Deliver structural design solutions for various residential projects, including new builds, renovations, and multi-unit developments. Conduct structural assessments and prepare detailed engineering reports. Collaborate with architects, builders, and clients to develop practical and efficient designs.Produce high-quality technical drawings and calculations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
