Beyond creating strategic marketing collateral for digital and traditional media, you'll support designers, foster creative excellence, and drive continuous improvement in our design practices. Reporting to our Head of Marketing Design, you'll collaborate closely to understand our strategic direction and help execute our creative vision globally. You'll also partner with Brand&Content, Digital, and Product teams to develop Trade, Consumer, and B2B materials that strengthen the Haier brand throughout the customer journey. This is where you come in. You'll be a seasoned creative professional– bringing strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to every project. Your role will involve:Designing strategic marketing materials across multiple print and digital channels Leading projects while maintaining rigorous brand standards Supporting Marketing&Post-production Designers to deliver exceptional work Collaborating with stakeholders to review and approve final artwork Fostering innovation and continuous improvement in design practices Understanding marketing and business objectives to inform creative decisions So, who are you?
