This is an opportunity to advance your career as part of an international leader in infrastructure. You will join an established multi-disciplinary team in Auckland, where experienced engineers and project managers can guide and mentor you as you build your career. You will apply your technical knowledge, working alongside senior and emerging specialists to ensure extensive development for you.You will also grow your commercial understanding (ideally 5-10 years experience), contribute to proposals, and develop business from a local client base. Key Responsibilities Determine client requirements, conduct site surveys, produce calculations, specifications, and drawings. Organize tender documents, evaluate tenders and contracts.Develop and mentor junior staff. Maintain strong client relationships through excellent project performance. Provide advice and solutions that create value for clients. Liaise with clients to meet expectations and address concerns. Produce quality project outputs, monitor scope changes, and ensure proper resourcing and review.Plan, coordinate, and write reports for projects. Prepare cost estimates for design and construction.
