Current Openings We are seeking highly experienced and innovative CPMS professionals for the following roles: Associate Director, CPMSDirector, CPMS Senior Director, CPMS Additionally, in our global locations, we have openings for: PK Scientists Senior PK Scientists Associate Director, CPMS Director, CPMS Senior Director, CPMS Qualifications Relevant experience and depth of expertise will determine the level of the role.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required; Chinese language skills are a plus. Advanced science degree (PhD, PharmD, MSc) and/or relevant experience. Significant experience in clinical drug development of NCEs and biologicals. Understanding of the drug development process, FDA, EMEA guidelines, and global regulatory expectations.Experience with Phoenix WinNonlin for non-compartmental and compartmental analysis. Desirable experience with NONMEM, GastroPlus, or R. Strong non-compartmental analysis skills; popPK and PBPK experience are advantageous. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with extensive scientific writing experience.Client-focused approach, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Willingness to work in a matrix environment and promote teamwork. Knowledge and Experience Significant experience applying clinical pharmacology, modeling, and simulation in drug development and clinical trials.Recognition as an industry expert for senior roles. Knowledge of the regulatory environment related to CPMS and drug development.
