We are calling on experienced Corporate/Commercial Lawyers who are ready to make a significant impact on the local and international stage. At PwC Legal, you will engage in high-calibre advisory work that transcends borders and sectors. You’ll work closely with our diverse team, gaining unparalleled insights into complex client challenges. Collaborate with leading experts from various service lines and expand your professional horizons across multiple fields.Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including contract negotiation and review. Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal developments. Manage legal documentation, project execution, and client communications. Advise on corporate governance matters like board meetings and shareholder agreements.Train and mentor junior team members. At least 4 years’ PQE in corporate law with private practice and/or high-quality in-house experience. Completed a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) or LLB (Honours) and hold a current NZLS practising certificate. Strong technical knowledge with a growth mindset and business acumen.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
