You will lead the creation and execution of customer-centric strategies to enhance sales performance, expand market reach, and increase revenue. Collaboration with analysts and cross-functional teams will be key to translating data into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities Include Develop RTM strategies across markets, channels, and portfolios to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. Lead RTM implementation to meet digital and strategic objectives. Define and refine customer sales and service policies for cost-effective customer development, order generation, and logistics.Provide guidance on RTM processes, customer database management, and route planning. Foster collaborative relationships with sales and logistics teams to achieve RTM objectives. Define and implement Customer Lifecycle processes, including retention strategies. What’s in Your Toolkit?Experience or understanding of Route to Market strategies. FMCG industry experience. Commercial acumen and impact awareness.
