The Role As a Senior Mechanical Engineer/Project Lead, you will be involved in various aspects of a consulting role, including site surveys, initial design meetings, producing designs and specifications for building services/HVAC equipment, and overseeing installation, commissioning, and handover. Depending on your experience level, you will serve either as the Lead Mechanical Engineer or the overall Project Lead, coordinating multi-disciplinary projects.About You At least 8 years of experience working as a Mechanical Engineer/Project Lead in a consultancy environment Experience designing Mechanical building services systems with a focus on sustainability CPEng/MCIBSE or nearing accreditation Proficiency in software such as Carrier, Revit, etc.Strong project and client management skills Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Desire to work in a team delivering high-level projects The Company Based in Auckland's downtown district, this specialist building services firm is committed to sustainable development and design.
