Responding to patient and family needs and contributing to efficient unit operations. Qualifications Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT, or equivalent experience.Previous ESA/PCA experience required. For nursing students: completion of fundamentals of nursing with clinical components; preference for BSN or direct-entry Master's students. Bi-lingual skills preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology. May not currently hold a valid nursing license.Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification by AHA or Red Cross required upon hire.
