Responsibilities Develop effective client relationships and provide high-quality solutionsManage relationships with stakeholders including authorities, consultants, contractors, and end-users Assist with procurement processes for consultants and contractors Attend client meetings and document communications Track and report on project deliverables, budgets, resources, and timelinesManage project documentation, including contracts and correspondence Deliver projects from inception to handover successfully About You You should be experienced in building design, construction, or infrastructure, with strong client management skills and the ability to deliver excellent outcomes.Essential Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of industry experience Understanding of client-side project management principles Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, architecture, or related fieldsExperience with Ministry of Education or Local Government Authority projects, NZ 3910–2013, and NZ 3916 contracts is advantageous.
