Selected individuals will provide leadership to project teams, manage day-to-day operations, and aim for operational excellence through on-time delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.Candidate Requirements An undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field; an advanced degree is preferred. At least 2+ years of experience leading global clinical trials in Project Management within a CRO (preferred), Biotech, or Pharma company. Experience in project scheduling, resource and budget management, team coordination, and familiarity with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.More senior roles such as Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, and Project Director require additional years of experience.
