We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to run a designated section in our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in European cuisine, an eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.Maintain control over stock, waste, and portion sizes. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times. Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations. Train and support junior kitchen staff. Contribute to menu development and specials when required. Maintain a clean and organized work station.Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of European and modern fusion cuisine. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A valid New Zealand work visa or residency.
