About the role This role is within our Finance and Operations Transformation team, covering engagement types such as operational excellence, performance improvement, and finance transformation. You will work with private and public sector clients across various industries, helping accelerate business benefits through digital transformation.We are seeking a Senior Analyst with a financial background to join our team in Auckland. Skills and experience 3+ years of financial work experience, ideally including professional services or consulting. Ability to support and deliver engagements and support new business opportunities through relationship development and tenders.Strong relationship management skills, confident engaging with staff at all levels, including Executives and Boards. Change and project management experience is preferred. Ability to work in a highly agile environment supporting complex engagements. Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong financial literacy, ideally backed by qualifications like CA or CFA, or working towards them. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and Alteryx is advantageous.
