Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role The Graduate Development Programme commences in February 2026 and is an 18-month rotational programme. At the conclusion of the programme, you will transition into a permanent role within the business. You'll make sure they know how to use them by providing training and keeping an eye on how things are going. If any issues pop up, you'll be the one to sort them out and keep everything running smoothly.Corporate: In this space, you'll get to understand how new tech can bring value to the business. You'll analyse these technologies and suggest how we can make the most of them. You might take on roles like Product Owner, where you'll oversee the creation and delivery of new products or services. As a Business Analyst, you'll dig into business processes and data to provide insights and recommendations that drive success.Trading: Here, you'll implement new software tools that boost trading operations and decision-making. You'll train the trading teams on how to use these tools and track their progress. If any issues come up, you'll be the one to fix them and ensure the tools are being used effectively. These experiences will give you valuable insights and skills across different business units, setting you up for a successful career in Change&Communications.
