It is crucial in shaping future strategy and enhancing The Pride’s performance.Key responsibilities include: Leading TPM implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. Driving strategic planning and operational excellence. Building capabilities within teams and fostering a culture of optimisation. Creating value through innovative solutions and process improvements.To succeed, candidates should have: Proven experience leading TPM or similar initiatives within a business environment. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and coach leaders effectively. Critical thinking and strategic mindset.
