Procurement Specialist, Auckland

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Coordinator/Junior Procurement Specialist with a strong background in commercial analysis and contract coordination to join a dynamic and fast-paced team based in Penrose . This is a full-time, 3-month contract starting immediately , offering a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful work within the health sector .About the Role: As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting procurement and contract management functions. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the commercial group mailbox and ensuring timely responses Monitoring and coordinating the contract approval processPreparing and maintaining master data to assist with contract reviews and migration into contract management systems Supporting the team with workload management and task prioritisation Producing monthly reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) Providing input into reports, briefings , and ad hoc requestsHandling general reporting and other tasks as required What We’re Looking For: To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring: 3+ years’ experience in procurement, contracts coordination, or commercial analysis Proven experience in large, complex work environments Strong organisational and communication skillsGood administration skills and advanced MS office The ability to hit the ground running and work collaboratively with a busy team Apply now for this fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within the health sector.
