We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to join our NZ operations team.In this key role, you’ll take ownership of all warehouse activities—from receiving goods and managing inventory to kitting for production and dispatch—ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy at every step. This is a standalone role reporting to the Operations Manager and is ideal for someone who thrives in an organised, detail-oriented environment.What You’ll Do Check and receive inbound goods; raise NCRs for discrepancies Manage accurate stock put-away and inventory data entry Pick and kit components for production (based on BOMs) Lead weekly cycle counts and annual stocktake Coordinate dispatch and packaging of production and spare partsMaintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and apply 5S principles Collaborate with procurement and production to resolve shortages What You’ll Bring Forklift licence (required) Previous experience in warehouse management or similar roles Proficiency in inventory systems (ABEL ERP experience a plus)Strong communication and time management skills Physically capable– some lifting and standing required ABEL ERP | Hand scanners | Excel | Jira We’re a growing, solutions-driven team powering some of the region’s most critical infrastructure.
