Associate Product Manager - Home Lending At ASB we are customer obsessed so we can create and enhance products that customers love. As part of the Home Lending Transformation (NextLend) workstream, you will play a key role in digitising and automating home lending origination at ASB, making it intuitive and seamless for customers to apply.Our workstream is customer obsessed, made up of big thinkers that start small and deliver fast, and we focus on quality outputs while striving to be simply brilliant in experience and delivery. As an Associate Product Manager, you will be the voice of the lender and customer in our workstream, working alongside your teammates to improve our experience by identifying bugs, exploring opportunities for enhancements and helping ensure we are compliant with our lending obligations. You will also work closely with our frontline colleagues to inform our roadmap and prioritisation of the backlog.You will be supported by a NextLend Customer Experience Owner for your day to day work and by a Senior Product Manager to help you be really effective in your role and help with your career development. Ideally you will have deep knowledge ofpersonal banking products (specifically home lending), good understanding of the New Zealand regulatory and legislative environment for financial services.The skills necessary to engage a broad range of senior stakeholders are essential and you will be valued for your ability to deliver compelling insights and recommendations to all audiences. With the pragmatism to drive delivery and change at pace, you will possess strong business acumen and an ability to prioritise what is important and impactful.You will also encourage your team to raise the bar on standards and expectations and you will support development of capability within the wider Product Practice.
