As part of the Customer and Insights team, your focus will be on setting up, managing, and analysing research projects, both internally and with research partners. You will be instrumental in helping Chorus become more customer-focused in decision-making and activities.Reporting to the Market and Customer Insights Manager, your role will involve two main areas: Quantitative / Qualitative Research: Collaborating with various teams to understand telecommunication users, supporting product development, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. This includes brand measurement, new product development, and advertising effectiveness.Customer Experience Measurement: Working with different programmes of work to identify and test hypotheses for new initiatives. You will become the expert in our main survey platform (Qualtrics), ensuring surveys are methodologically consistent and tracking well against deadlines.Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience: Successful candidates will have several years of experience in a research agency or in a customer research, insights, or CX role within a corporate setting. Experience in conducting market research projects from briefing to results, and delivering insights-led data analysis, is essential.
