He whakamārama mo te tūranga mahi | About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Customer Logistics Specialist to join our IMEX Team on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you will play a major part in our regular communication with stakeholders both within and outside our organisation, handling contingencies and daily tasks.This includes freight forwarding, scheduling, liaison with ports, shipping lines, export&import customers, and managing critical freight (refrigeration), freight booking, and communication. Reporting to the Customer Contact Supervisor, you will work closely with your customers and various internal teams and stakeholders.
