Technical Delivery Lead, Auckland

We're looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to join the Plexure team in this newly created role! Your role: Act as a technical enabler and coordinator , ensuring that engineering teams across all 4 of our pillars (Data, Engagement, Consumer, and Core) are aligned during cross-pillar initiatives. Becomes the glue : a connector, a problem solver, and a delivery enabler.You'll be across the technical details of the initiatives you support. This will include understanding what needs to be delivered, providing technical oversight, managing dependencies effectively, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Play an active role in the solution discovery phase, allowing you to identify cross-pillar delivery opportunities early and raise risks ahead of time .Although you'll report to the Engineering Manager (Core) , you'll collaborate closely with all engineering leaders within the business along with Architects, Product Managers, and Agile Coaches to ensure equal prioritization across the board . Experience in a similar role within a software-focused organization . Proven expertise fostering alignment on projects, ideally across multiple engineering domains . A good grasp of cloud native architectures and distributed systems (we're not expecting you to be a Developer! But you'll need to understand the high-level concepts and be able to speak the lingo).Strong communication skills with a knack for fostering collaboration and building trusted relationships . You'll be curious to understand the details, adaptable to change , and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What's in it for you?
