Your role involves working with One NZ sales teams and the customer to design, cost, and document solutions, as well as establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the customer.You will be part of a wider team in high growth mode, operating on the forefront of emerging technology. Building strong relationships with technical customer counterparts, you will take authority over technical and business decisions and act as the‘voice of the customer’ internally. Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do Build medium to long-term technology roadmaps for your portfolio of named customers.Develop trusted relationships with customer decision-makers, including their Chief Technology and Information Officers, and decision-makers within the customer’s business units. Be a visible champion of One NZ’s ICT practice, products, and service set. Build a pipeline for ICT opportunities in conjunction with account/sales segment teams.Provide an Architecture contact point for nominated accounts, manage stakeholder engagement with customer technology teams, and act as a trusted advisor. Support Account teams to identify and develop new opportunities within nominated accounts to grow One NZ’s footprint. Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring Significant experience and a successful track record in dealing with large customers in an Architect design or consultancy role – ideally with experience of acting as the end-to-end Solution Authority or Account Technology Strategist (ATS).Brings a variety of disciplines to solve customer problems, including active listening and consulting, thought leadership and vision, business acumen, architectural rigor, and technical savvy. The ability to easily translate technical terminology into business language and vice versa. Experience in the IT&T industry with at least 5 years acting in an Architecture (or similar) role. Experience with IT Managed Services is desired, preferably with ITIL, eTOM, or TOGAF experience. Experience in Design Thinking, Human-Centric Design, and Agile Methodologies.
