You will drive trading and key campaigns, major trading events, and marketing initiatives that connect with Kiwi homes and hearts. You’ll help shape how our Home offer appears across channels.This is a 13-month parental leave contract, starting July 2025 until end August 2026. Job Description Reporting to our Category Marketing Lead, this trade-driven marketing role is varied and requires strategic planning and hands-on execution. You’ll be a trusted partner and collaborator to our category teams.Lead, develop, and execute trading campaigns, including major trading events, supporting key business category plans with impactful marketing activities that drive sales, profitability, and brand awareness. Lead the Discover, Define, Design&Deliver phases for specific Category, MTE, and Brand activities in support of KPIs. Collaborate closely with creative, media, merchandising, operations, corporate communications, and omni-channel teams to ensure integrated marketing activities that provide a cohesive customer experience. Work with the wider Retail Marketing team to ensure alignment and delivery of commercial and customer-focused outcomes across the communications plan.Manage aspects of the Marketing A&P budget efficiently to improve effectiveness and ROI. Qualifications Essential qualities include a background in retail marketing, strategic thinking, and a trading mindset. Your collaborative approach, commercial acumen, customer focus, and stakeholder management skills are crucial.
