In this key strategic role, you will bring medical leadership and technical expertise to the haematology&oncology medical affairs team and other internal business partners. As a key driver of external engagement and stakeholder management in the Haematology space, you'll work closely with your wider medical field. Your dedication to developing an extensive knowledge of Haematology (specifically Multiple Myeloma and Myelofibrosis) areas will play a crucial role in enhancing GSK's reputation among key influencers.Your role will be varied and will include; Develop and execute medical strategy and tactics to support GSKs objectives Engage with external experts within your wide network to facilitate scientific dialogue Lead strategic medical projects, collaborating with colleagues across GSK and external stakeholders to support patient outcomesProvide medical expertise for scientific submissions and promotional activities Be part of and provide leadership to the launch excellence team that continues to bring the GSK pipeline to patients Represent GSK at medical and scientific conferences, and participate in GSK medical symposia where applicableLead medical representation of strategically important projects / initiatives in brand team– eg. annual brand planning, reimbursement dossiers, tenders, regulatory files, guideline submissions, customer facing projects About you? To be successful in the role, you will be a well networked and strategic medical manager with knowledge and expertise in Oncology / Haematology.You’ll also have; Have the ability to use medical knowledge to transition between therapeutic areas Demonstrates excellent detail and accuracy in critical appraisal and interpretation of data Proven experience in engaging with specialists and healthcare providers Understanding of New Zealand medical practice, MNZ code requirements, local regulatory and reimbursement environmentHigh levels of ethics and integrity putting the patient at the heart of all decisions Experience in Haematology (specifically Multiple Myeloma and Myelofibrosis) highly advantageous Why join us?
