We are evolving our services and want passionate individuals to join us!About the Role: Reporting to: Customer Service Supervisor Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Work Location: Auckland, New Zealand The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving and processing bookings according to Group procedures, preparing documentation, and managing load lists.The role includes: Monitoring available space on each sailing and ensuring bookings align with targeted loadings Informing customers of any booking shortcomings Liaising with overseas agents to resolve issues Assisting with customer inquiries on space availability and allocations Supporting customer reporting as neededFostering a solutions-oriented culture within the customer care team To be successful, you will need: 1-2 years of experience in a shipping or freight forwarding environment (beneficial but not mandatory) Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business (preferred) Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship buildingStrong problem-solving and relationship management skills Good analytical skills, with effective time management and deadline prioritization Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and administrative skills Note: Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.
