Your Impact In this 12-month contract as the National Hospitality Manager at Allpress Espresso, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of direct reports and overseeing operations across multiple sites. You will focus heavily on people management, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and coaching while maintaining operational excellence.In this role, you will manage the P&L for the national hospitality function and collaborate with internal and external teams to meet financial and brand objectives. Additionally, you will work closely with key stakeholders, including the brand team and Asahi, to execute events, drive performance, and enhance the Allpress brand experience.Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of 5 direct reports while managing 5 sites, with a focus on recruitment, training, coaching, and development. Responsible for the national P&L, including monthly reporting to the business and quarterly business reviews with Asahi and Allpress senior leadership teams. Collaborate with the brand team to ensure successful event management and meet KPIs related to brand experience and customer engagement. Oversee the partnership with Emirates, acting as their key account manager and oversee brand execution of the Allpress International airport café.Maintain operational oversight through regular site maintenance checks to ensure compliance with health&safety metrics, and lead stock takes to guarantee smooth operations across all sites. Collaborate with the Global Hospitality team to maintain premium, drive global strategies and maintain consistency and commercial health across all functions. About You We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager who excels in people leadership, financial management, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing multiple sites, delivering exceptional brand experiences, and driving financial success.Proven experience in hospitality management with strong financial acumen and P&L responsibility. Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing teams and supporting managers. Ability to lead remotely for the national hospitality team. Experience in managing events, KPIs, and brand experience initiatives. Strong operational knowledge, including stock management, health&safety metrics, compliance, and maintenance oversight. Ability to manage high-level account relationships, providing training and support where necessary. Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work with both local and global teams to implement strategies and drive results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
