What you’ll do As a key member of our change and transformation practice, you'll: Lead and support the delivery of end-to-end change management strategies for business, digital, and organisational transformationsDevelop stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and training approaches Work closely with client teams to embed change, build capability, and measure success Navigate complex environments with ease, balancing agility and structure to drive results Coach leaders and teams through periods of ambiguity and transformationContribute to internal capability building, frameworks, and thought leadership What you bring 7+ years of experience in change management, organisational transformation, or related fields Proven ability to work across a range of industries or complex organisational structures Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skillsConfidence and presence to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams Flexibility and a proactive mindset– you’re energised by solving problems and making change real What we offer Discretionary annual bonus.
