Join to apply for the Client Manager / Auditor (ISMS) role at BSI Purpose of the role The information security auditor works closely with BSI clients across New Zealand to assess their Information Security Management Systems against standards such as ISO/IEC 27001. The role involves preparing assessment reports and presenting findings to clients.Key Responsibilities&Accountabilities Assess clients' information security management systems against international standards, ensuring added value. Audit controls in ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 27001:2022, including policies, asset management, security controls, incident management, and legal compliance. Prepare and deliver clear assessment reports with findings and recommendations for corrective actions.Recommend certification decisions and report in accordance with BSI policies. Enhance BSI's reputation through excellent service and stakeholder engagement. Provide professional feedback, demonstrate commercial acumen, and maintain professional qualifications. Lead assessment teams and develop client relationships for potential business growth.Maintain accurate client records and coordinate with support services. Plan workload efficiently to maximize productivity. Coach and support colleagues, especially new assessors. Participate actively in the Operational Delivery Team to improve service quality. Key Performance IndicatorsRepresent the BSI brand effectively. Plan and schedule audits 3-6 months ahead. Produce high-quality, timely client reports. Engage in business development activities like discussing BSI products with clients. Achieve productivity targets and professional development goals.
