As a key member of the National Cervical Screening Programme (NCSP), you will engage closely with NCSP stakeholders to enable high quality delivery of cervical screening services as we work towards elimination of cervical cancer in Aotearoa.The Senior Advisor role will provide strategic systems, process and technical guidance for NCSP and its stakeholders, and advise on a wide range of quality, training, and service delivery activities. This is a national role that supports the interface and relationship with key stakeholders, to ensure that systems and processes are developed, implemented and monitored.Whilst the location of this role is flexible, some travel may be required. You will have experience working in complex environments, and the ability to work collaboratively to support service delivery and shared outcomes. Skills and ExperienceRelevant tertiary qualification at undergraduate level e.g. public policy, health, business Experience in an advisory or analysis role, applying critical thinking and using sound judgement to develop options and provide advice Strong analytical skills combined with an ability to quickly assimilate new information, and to write and talk about complex issues clearly and concisely with a range of audiencesDisplays initiative, flexibility and positively contributes to the whole team Demonstrated ability to manage relationships at all levels and across organisations Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action Working for Health New Zealand Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
